1) Pick Up time for airport departures, is customer’s choice and responsibility, and should always be calculated with a safety margin. In any case, the company and/or the driver CAN NOT be considered liable for compensation, for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, car breakdown, or other uncontrolled reason. Should a delay occur, caused by company’s/driver’s fault, the compensation is limited to the value of the offered transfer.
2) Please keep in mind that sometimes the driver’s schedule might be tight, and there is not always the possibility for extra waiting time, or extra stops.
3) Smoking, of ANY type (cigarettes, iQos, Vape, etc.) is strictly PROHIBITED while you are in the car.
4) Eating and/or consuming Alcohol (including but not limited to wine, beer, 0% beer, etc.), is strictly FORBIDDEN while you are in the car. If you wish to have a snack, please check with your driver, IF he can make a SHORT 10 minutes stop at the next available Parking Area, for you to enjoy your snack.
5) Flight Arrival Time is considered the Scheduled Arrival Time of the flight, as provided by the airline company, and is indicated on Airports Boards.
6) Train Arrival Time is considered the Scheduled Arrival Time of the train, as indicated on the Train Station Boards.
7) Trip Duration is considered the time needed to go from Pick Up point, to Drop Off point, according to Google maps, under normal weather and traffic conditions.
8) Please keep in mind that your driver may face unexpected delays on the road, especially during the harsh winter conditions. Please consider a 15 minutes delay as possible, and acceptable, and arrange your pick-up times accordingly.
The driver will wait for you in airport’s arrivals hall / train arrival platform, holding a tablet with your name. We keep track of your flight/train, for possible delays, so do not worry if your flight/train is a bit late.
Once you go through passport control, and collect your luggage, you will meet your driver in the Arrivals Hall/Platform.
Please make sure you look for your driver, who will be holding a sign with lead passenger’s name. In case you cannot find each other, you can call/text (whats app available) the number that has been sent to you, with your booking details, for further assistance. Your driver will also have your declared contact number, so that he can also call you. Please keep an eye on your cell phone for easier communication, upon your arrival.
The FREE waiting time is:
60 Minutes from Scheduled Flight Arrival Time.
15 Minutes from Scheduled Train Arrival Time.
Waiting further may be possible, although not always, and has to be confirmed during the free waiting period. In such a case, please contact the assistance number you have on your booking details.
In case of really long, unexpected delay (more than one (1) Hour), we will make all possible arrangements to try re-schedule your transfer. In such a case please be patient and cooperative, as this can be a really challenging task, and not always successful.
In case you are ONLY travelling with carry-on luggage, please let us know in your booking request, so we can expect you out earlier.

Shared Transfers are usually, but not always, done with Economy VAN vehicles. The route is prearranged and may have several pick up and/or drop off points. It is a budget solution for those who do not mind travelling with people they do not know, but head to the same or nearby destination. It is also environmentally friendly, as with one car, more people are driven to their destination. The estimated time of arrival at each drop off point is NOT ABSOLUTELY accurate, so please take this into consideration BEFORE your booking. (Minor adaptations to the schedule can be requested and we will try to adapt, but cannot guarantee.) Priority is given, of course, to Airport and Train Stations drop offs.
The price is per passenger, and the luggage allowance is one (1) big luggage plus one (1) hand luggage/person OR one (1) big luggage plus one (1) small back pack/person. More luggage (ski bags, suitcases etc.) can be arranged at additional cost, provided that there will be enough space in the car available, thus must be ARRANGED IN ADVANCE.
This type of Transfer is ALWAYS prepaid in full, at the time of booking, and is NOT refundable.

These Special Offers are UPDATED DAILY, and usually come in rather short notice, so please make sure you check regularly. The big difference from the Shared Transfer, is the price, which, per person, is comparable to a train ticket. The route is prearranged and may have several pick up and/or drop off points. The Hourly Disposal Service is the most FLEXIBLE choice. You can choose the desired Vehicle from our list, and contact us to arrange the details. There are three (3) options for each type of vehicle.
1) Service provided within the Canton of Zurich.
2) Service provided across Switzerland.
3) Service provided across Europe.
The Starting (Pick Up) and Finishing (Drop off) point MUST be the same, and the price includes fuel cost.
Minimum Booking duration is 4 Hours.
Wi-Fi, Bottled Water, and USB chargers available on board, without any extra cost.
Special Requests (soft drinks, champagne, private data SIM card, or a bouquet of flowers for example) can also be arranged upon request, at an extra cost.

Day Tours are designed according to customer’s needs, and requests, can be done with any type of vehicle, for one (1) up to eight (8) persons and will follow the PREARRANGED schedule. Starting (Pick Up) and Finishing (Drop off) point is the same, and the price includes fuel, tolls and taxes for the agreed schedule.
On board you will find Wi-Fi, Bottled Water, and USB charger available, without any extra cost.

Should you wish to tip your driver for his service, please feel free to do so, directly to him. The company cannot be held responsible for any “special agreement” you may do directly with your driver. Such “special agreements” are NOT acknowledged, are NOT in any way binding against the company, and therefore the company does NOT have any liability towards them.
